“Umbra” -Arsenal operative character art

My attempt at a more dynamic rendition and the implementation of more textures and blur. I love creating dynamic art and illustrations which paint a scene. I have not uploaded the design pallette of this character yet, but it us meant to reflect a young and ambitious soldier ready to break away from the chains of the military force called Arsenal.
